Mobile Notary Service

Mobile notary services are available for those requiring notary services within a 30-mile radius of Coconut Creek, FL. I will travel to you for service. I will need to review the document requiring notarization when requesting an appointment for services. This way I can ensure that I am able to provide the service you need. I ask that all parties are present and have valid government issued IDs. Services will only be provided in a public place of business for both our safety.

I-9 Verification

For each individual they hire in the US, all U.S. employers must complete Form I-9 correctly. Citizens and non-citizens included. The form must be completed by both employees and employers (or authorized employer officials).

The employee should also present acceptable identity and employment authorizations documents to his or her employer. The employer shall examine the eligibility for employment and identity documents of the employee to see whether they appear to be reasonably genuine and related to the employee, as well as record the information on Form I-9. On the last page of the form you can find the list of acceptable documents. Please note: this form does not require nor allow a notary seal to be affixed and should not be. Verify VINs

Florida legislation requires the owner to swear that the VIN and the odometer are correct when applying for a Florida Title ON ALL USED MOTOR VEHICLES, INCLUDING TRAILERS NOT CURRENTLY TITLED IN FLORIDA, WITH A NET WEIGHT OF 2,000 POUNDS OR MORE. Furthermore, an authorized person must carry out a physical inspection of the vehicle to certify the VIN. Notary Publics are listed as one of the persons authorized to certify this information.

Safe Deposit Box Contents

Florida law provides that a financial institution may open a safe-deposit box if the rental fee has not been received at the time it was due, provided that proper notice has been given to the lessee and certain other conditions have been met. A notary public is hereby authorized and required to be present for the opening of the safe deposit box, to inventory the contents of the vault and to produce an appropriate opening certificate.

Copy certifications are common and I can provide you with these services. To ensure that it is a true copy of the original document that you need to certify, copies of the original must be sent to me by uploading to my secure form. Please be aware that copies of birth , death, marriage certificates and certain forms of immigration, such as certificates of naturalization, certificates of citizenship and declarations of intention, are not allowed to be certified. The uploaded document(s)will be printed by Notary. Please bring the original document to the appointment so that I can verify the documents match and certify the copy for you.
